ONLINE PAYMENTS POLICY
OUR PAYMENT POLICY FOR ONLINE CAMP AND EVENT REGISTRATIONS
Online Registrations are payable at the time of booking to guarantee your spot at camp. Unless otherwise noted on the Registration Portal or unless agreed with Tunnel Ridge Management in writing prior to registration, all camp fees and merchandise fees are payable at the time of registration to secure your spot at an event or camp.
OUR REFUND POLICY
Refunds for individual holiday camp or event fees where registration is done online are only available on a case by case basis. We allow cancellation of camp registrations for illness, injury, or other unforeseen events that make attendance at said event impossible for the participant. In such events, we take a compassionate approach to refunding any monies paid. Within 7 days of camp dates, all fees are considered non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to by Tunnel Ridge Ranch Management.
